“Emma, you are an absolute credit to your company!!
I first discovered Warehouse Returns when looking for a bike for my nephew’s 4th birthday. I’d settled on one from Argos but unfortunately it was out of stock, so I Googled the name of the bike and up popped Warehouse Returns – really pleased it did!
I sent a message on the Thursday through their ‘Contact Us’ form and eagerly awaited their reply. Sadly, by Sunday I’d heard nothing so messaged them on their Facebook page to see if I’d have any more joy. To my absolute surprise (didn’t think they would be working on a Sunday) I’d received a reply within minutes from Emma.
Several messages later and I’d ordered the bike. It arrived at my house the following Thursday and after unpacking I discovered it was brand new, and considerably cheaper than Argos, even after paying for delivery!
I cannot praise Emma enough. After the initial disappointment of hearing nothing (Emma has since righted the glitch re. the Contact Form as she never received it), the communication from her throughout was superb – letting me know when it was dispatched, tracking info, expected delivery date etc.
Whenever I’m after something from Argos or even Amazon in future, I’ll be sure to look to Warehouse Returns first.
I’m a great believer in good customer service, and theirs really is second to none!!
